Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Hammad is a licensed Saudi lawyer with more than twelve years in practice. He works across commercial law, investment and company formation, labour, administrative and criminal matters, and he is best known for litigation and dispute resolution before the Saudi courts and committees.
He has led the legal function inside a number of organisations before founding the firm, and much of his reputation comes from complex disputes where the value lies in reading the case correctly at the start rather than fighting every point.
Mr. Youssry Saleh is a Supreme Court attorney who founded Youssry Saleh & Partners in Cairo in 1985 and built it into one of Egypt’s established commercial practices, advising companies, investors and individuals across most sectors of the Egyptian economy.
Under his leadership the firm developed long-standing client relationships grounded in a close reading of Egypt’s regulatory environment, and expanded beyond Egypt through associations in the Gulf.
