Mr. Youssry Saleh is an attorney-at law accepted to plead before Court of Cassation, arbitrator and mediator with 30 years of experience in the field. His expertise lies in IP, commercial law, mediation and arbitration, private equity, commercial contracts and deals, tax, corporate recovery and insolvency.

Mr. Youssry Saleh has a broad-ranging arbitration and litigation practice, representing clients in complex high-value, multi-jurisdictional disputes. Among others, his strength remains in policy analysis of the energy and construction sectors and sub-sectors. He has hands-on experience in the implementation of electricity/nuclear projects and construction projects. In these areas, he has carried out a multitude of assignments in the role of a legal consultant.

Mr. Saleh prepares contractual documents for various transactions. This includes Concession and Commitment Agreements, project feasibility assessments, licensing standards, permit procedures, and government bid and tender processes.
