Mrs. Akinfieva started practicing law in Egypt, and is strong in drafting legal documents, analysing the probable outcomes of transactions, using knowledge of legal precedents, laws, regulations, procedures and decrees; advising clients on legal transactions; evaluating findings and developing strategies and arguments in preparation for reports and presentations, negotiations; examining legal data to determine feasibility of projects and transactions; interpreting laws, rules and regulations for individuals and businesses; preparing legal briefs and opinions.
Mrs. Akinfieva frequently acts as an expert witness in international courts. Since 2016 she has been the lead consultant of EPC contractors and subcontractors of the Al Dabaa Nuclear Power Plant Project (Egypt) as well as the lead consultant of the Russian Industrial Zone. She has extensive experience in Telecom, Real Estate, Aviation and Manufacturing, Construction, Energy, Tender Law, BOT/BOO/PPP, Oil and Gas, EPC contracts.
