Mr. Shaden Zaitcev is a specialist in nuclear industry and oil and gas with extensive experience working at legal departments of renowned nuclear power corporations. He specializes in incorporation and establishment of companies and branches of foreign companies abroad, with special emphasis on the establishment of companies operating in oil and gas and energy sectors.

Mr. Shaden possesses vast experience in drafting EPC and supply contracts. He is also a specialist in tax systems, VAT, individual tax, customs, social insurance and labour laws.
