Mrs. Anna Makarova is a highly qualified professional with more than 20 years of experience in international corporate finance in various industries (retail, construction, consumer electronics). She also has expertise in the fields of financial analysis, accounts receivable management and credit control, planning and budgeting, cost control, and general accounting.
Mrs. Anna Makarova also has innovative, result-oriented experience in the development and implementation of corporate operations systems such as SCM (Supply Chain Management), CRM/SRM (Customer/Supplier Relationship Management) and BI (business analytics). Furthermore, she has experience in the development of corporate procedures and conducting internal audits.
As a financial consultant, she monitored the work of small/medium-sized enterprises and startups. This included the development/reorganization of business processes, revision/restructuring of corporate finance, and creation of financial and business management reporting systems. She also provided assistance to companies in the sphere of franchising. This included the development of information disclosure documents for franchising (FDD), building management systems operational activities, and preparation of financial analytics.
She is actively consulting on tax matters for EPC contractors, state-owned entities and private companies operating in Egypt and KSA. She provides consultations in accordance with laws and regulations, as well as inter-governmental agreements.
