Dr. ElShourbagy advises and litigates in cross border multi-jurisdictional matters, including the conclusion, performance and termination of commercial contracts, civil liability and damages. He prosecuted cases under the auspices of the ICC, LCIA, DIAC and CRCICA. Dr. ElShourbagy has special expertise in arbitration.
